Payment:
To ensure secure and easy check out for you we use PayPal, but you certainly do not need a PayPal account to check out. You can check out with Mastercard, Visa, bank transfers, or PayPal.

Large Orders:
For orders of 50 boxes or more, 3 weeks are needed to fulfill.

Shipping Restrictions
The perishable characteristics of chocolates require special shipping precautions and restrictions. We make every effort to ensure safe shipment, using cold packs, insulated bubble wrap, and layering whenever necessary. However, certain delivery method rules must be used as well. Please read this restrictions section carefully.

Shipping Days:
To prevent orders from sitting on trucks and in warehouses over weekends, order shipment only occurs on normal business Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Shipping Locations:
At this time, we only ship to Continental U.S. states, and we do not ship to PO boxes. Multiple shipping methods are offered, but expedited shipping is required for some geographic regions due to ground delivery lead times. On the map below, destinations in the red and blue zones can be shipped via ground or expedited delivery. Brown zone destinations must be shipped via expedited delivery only.

Shipping Seasons:
May through September, all orders must arrive at their destinations within 1 day due to warm weather. Therefore, orders destined to addresses within the red region on the map above can be shipped via ground or expedited delivery. All other destinations must use overnight delivery.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are delivered by UPS.

Delivery Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement on normal business Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Once shipped, carrier-determined delivery times, which are detailed in the table below, apply.

We want your entire Vita Dolce Chocolates experience to be a sweet one. We make every effort to ensure safe shipment, using cold packs, insulated bubble wrap, layering, and faster shipment methods whenever necessary. If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will promptly provide a replacement order.
